- Turn to Allah in Duaa
When Allah said to Musa “Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed.” Musa supplicated to Allah, “My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance], and ease for me my task and untie the knot from my tongue that they may understand my speech. (Taha 24-28) - Choose your company well
Musa asked Allah to strengthen him with his brother, ‘And appoint for me a minister from my family – Aaron, my brother. Increase through him my strength, and let him share my task, that we may exalt You much and remember You much. (Taha 29-34) - Guard your tongue
Even in dealing with a tyrant, Allah said to Musa, ‘And speak to him with gentle speech that perhaps he may be reminded or fear (Allah).” (Taha 44) - Trust in Allah
When Musa feared Firauns rebellion, Allah assured him, “Fear not. Indeed, I am with you both; I hear and I see.” (Taha 35) - Change before it’s too late
When drowning overtook Firaun, he said, “I believe that there is no deity except that in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of the Muslims.” (Yunus 90) But, it was too late, Allah used Firaun as sign to those who transgress - Flee from sin and Allah will grant you better
“And We took the Children of Israel across the sea.” (Yunus 90) We had settled the Children of Israel in a pleasant abode and provided them with good things.” (Yunus 93)
