- Strive to get closer to Allah
Allah says: ‘I treat My slaves according to his expectations from Me. I am with him when he remembers Me; and if he remembers Me in his heart, I remember Him in My heart; and if he remembers Me in a gathering, I remember him in a better and nobler gathering (of angels). (Bukhari) - Give charity
Removing harmful objects from people’s way is also charity. The Prophet (saw) said: “I saw a man enjoying himself in Paradise (simply) because he removed from a road, a tree that used to harm people.” (Muslim) - Hasten in good deeds
The Prophet (saw) said: “The best loved deeds to Allah are the ones that are continuous even if they are not very many.” (Bukhari) - Treat your parents well
The Prophet (saw) said: ‘What a loss for him! What a loss for him! What a loss for him! Someone asked: ‘Who, O Allahs Messenger?’ He replied: ‘He who parents reach old age, either one or both of them, and he does not use their presence (by being good to them) to cause him to enter Paradise.” (Muslim)
